Coaching Hours
I offer a range of flexible times to fit busy schedules:
🌅 Monday Morning (7–10 AM) – Start the week with clarity and focus.
🌙 Tuesday & Wednesday Evenings (6:30–9 PM) – After-work reflection and stress release.
☀️ Wednesday Midday (11–1:30 PM) – Perfect for lunch-break sessions.
🌆 Friday Afternoon/Evening (3–8 PM) – A powerful end-of-week check-in.
🌞 Saturday Morning (9–11:30 AM) – For those who prefer weekends free of work.
🌙 Sunday Evening (6–9 PM) – Set the tone for the week ahead.
❌ Thursday Closed – Dedicated time for rest and balance.

Why Work With Me
I don’t just coach strategies — I live them. One of the most powerful ways I’ve proven the value of coaching is through my own health journey. By using structured goal setting, I reshaped my daily habits to manage arthritis, reduce chronic pain, and align my nutrition with my DNA profile. It wasn’t about a quick fix — it was about creating a clear plan, breaking it into achievable steps, and staying accountable until results became reality. Along the way, I relied on persistence to stay the course and made happiness a core measure of progress, not just pain reduction.

Identified genetic health markers and set goals to address them with targeted dietary changes. I incorporated supplements and superfoods that supported joint health and reduced inflammation, while tracking blood pressure and other key measures over time. When results shifted, I realigned the plan — proving that persistence and structured adjustments lead to sustainable health improvements.
🦵 Arthritis Management
Applied goal setting to create practical routines that addressed pain and mobility. I built meal prep plans that supported joint health, mapped out knee-specific exercises to maintain strength and flexibility, and planned ahead for days when extra walking or activity was required. Each structured step not only reduced stress around managing arthritis but also reinforced persistence and gave me confidence in staying active with less pain.

Designed layered goals — short-term relief, mid-term habit shifts, and long-term resilience practices. This included reframing negative patterns, using visual work to create new associations, and building persistence into daily habits. Each session begins with a carefully chosen song to set the tone. The purpose isn’t to dwell on struggles but to spark energy, encouragement, and optimism.
⏱ Focused Sessions
Sessions are 30 minutes long — enough time to make meaningful progress while staying sharp, clear, and purposeful. Sessions are typically held weekly, but scheduling can be adjusted if needed.
🧱 Progressive Building Blocks
Every session builds on the last. Strategies are adapted to the client’s weekly progress, ensuring momentum and steady growth over time.
📝 Engagement & Accountability
Clients complete an intake form to set a strong foundation and are given weekly “homework” activities. This keeps progress active between sessions and encourages accountability.

Coaching is designed for clients 18 years and older who are ready to take an active role in shaping their lives.
